Two clocks. One brief.

You are not buying a live dashboard. You are buying a Monday artefact, then the occasional weekday note if a public listing turns up.

Monday identity brief

Over the previous seven days, UK companies incorporate. We keep the construction SICs on your agreed postcodes, strip formation-agent factories and other junk, and send the residue: company, SIC, registered office, named current directors.

That email is the product. From: Contractor Monday. It is a letter-list, not a login.

Listing notes later

A Google listing check is a drip. There is a 100-search daily cap, so the Monday brief does not wait on Maps. If a listing is found, you get a separate weekday note with the listing marked TRUE.

Blank on the brief does not mean the firm has no listing. It means we have not confirmed one yet. We will not sell you a 48-hour enrichment SLA.

Junk strip

If it looks like a mill, it does not make the brief.

  • Formation-agent and company-factory addresses are stripped.
  • Obvious non-trading shells and bulk incorporation noise stay off the list.
  • What remains should look like a firm a plant-hire owner would bother writing to.

Figures are invented but plausible for a regional construction patch. They are not a live warehouse extract and contain no real officer names.

We do not ship waste-carrier dumps, Places JSON, or officer email appends. Purpose is to operate this weekly list for trade buyers — not to assemble a people file.
