Legal
Terms
Last updated 31 August 2026. These terms are for the weekly Contractor Monday product sold by DT5 Consulting Limited.
Who you contract with
You contract with DT5 Consulting Limited (company number 11293382), registered office WC1N, trading as Contractor Monday. Legal line: DT5 Consulting Limited (11293382) trading as Contractor Monday. Contractor Monday is a trading name only. It is not a separate limited company.
The product
We email a Monday identity brief of last week’s newly incorporated construction firms that remain after a junk and formation-agent strip, on an agreed patch. Fields: company, SIC, registered office, named current directors. Listing updates are a separate weekday note only when a listing is found (TRUE). Blank is not a representation that there is no listing.
Working prices published on this site: £149 / month for one patch and one trade family; £249 / month for a region; 4-week paid trial on your postcodes. VAT extra where it applies. These are working numbers until a signed order says otherwise.
What we do not supply
- Director emails, phone numbers, or a people file
- Credit scores or credit-reference opinions
- Glenigan-style project leads as the SKU
- A login to a multi-million company warehouse
- Waste-carrier data dumps or Google Places payloads
- A 48-hour Google listing SLA
No affiliation
Companies House is a public source, not a partner. Google, monday.com, Endole, Glenigan, and NewCo Data are not affiliated with this product. Do not treat the brief as official government data.
Your use
You may use the brief to write to firms on your own account as a trade buyer. You may not resell the list as a people file, scrape it into a marketing database for onward sale, or present it as a Companies House product.
Trial and payment
This website does not take cards. A trial starts when we agree patch, trade family, and invoice terms by email. Either party can stop at the end of the trial. After that, monthly in advance unless an order says otherwise.
Accuracy
The brief is compiled from public registers and a capped listing check. It will miss firms and will occasionally include a firm you would have discarded. It is a desk aid, not a warranty that a company is trading, creditworthy, or insured.
