Last updated 31 August 2026. These terms are for the weekly Contractor Monday email sold by DT5 Consulting Limited.

Who you contract with

You contract with DT5 Consulting Limited (company number 11293382), registered office WC1N, trading as Contractor Monday. Legal line: DT5 Consulting Limited (11293382) trading as Contractor Monday. Contractor Monday is a trading name only. It is not a separate limited company.

The product

We email last week’s newly incorporated construction companies that remain after empty shells and formation-factory addresses are taken out, on agreed postcodes (an area or a wider region). Fields: company, incorporation date, SIC code and description, registered office, named current directors, and listing-check status. Listing updates are a separate weekday note only when a listing is found. Blank is not a representation that there is no listing.

Prices: £149 per month for one area of postcodes; £249 per month for one region. VAT may be added at checkout. Each subscription is for one of: contractor insurance, plant hire, skip and waste, or merchant.

What we do not supply

• Director emails, phone numbers, or a people file
• Credit scores or credit-reference opinions
• Glenigan-style project leads as the product
• Access to a multi-million company database
• Waste-carrier data dumps or Google Places exports
• A 48-hour Google listing SLA

No affiliation

Companies House is a public source, not a partner. Google, monday.com, Endole, Glenigan, and NewCo Data are not affiliated with this product. Do not treat the weekly email as official government data.

Your use

You may use the weekly email to write to firms on your own account as a trade buyer. You may not resell the email as a people file, scrape it into a marketing database for onward sale, or present it as a Companies House product.

Trial and payment

You start a 4-week paid trial by card on the trial page (Stripe). The plan price (£149 for one area or £249 for one region) is charged immediately for those first four weeks. VAT may be added at checkout where it applies. The next charge is the same amount after those four weeks, then monthly in advance at that price. You may cancel in Stripe before renewal. Either party can stop before the next charge. After checkout, tell us the towns or postcode districts you cover so the first email can land the following Monday. You can also email us if you would rather not use the card form.

Accuracy

The weekly email is compiled from public registers and a capped listing check. It will miss firms and will occasionally include a firm you would have discarded. It is a desk aid, not a warranty that a company is trading, creditworthy, or insured.
