What this product is

Contractor Monday is a sold weekly letter-list of last week’s newly incorporated construction firms that look real, for regional UK trade buyers (insurance, plant hire, skip/waste, independent merchants). It is not a public people-search website and not a 5.7 million company database.

Purpose

We process personal data only to operate this product: to compile the Monday identity brief, to take waitlist and trial enquiries, to invoice, and to send listing notes when a public listing is found.

Lawful basis

For company identity on the brief — registered office and named current directors of UK companies, drawn from the public Companies House register — we rely on legitimate interests. The interest is a B2B weekly list, small by design, sold to trade buyers who already write to new contractors. We do not use this basis to build or sell a people file.

For your enquiry (name, work email, firm, patch): contractual steps / our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry you sent us.

What we do not do

• We do not sell director emails or phone numbers. We do not hold them as a product column.
• We do not onward-sell a people file.
• We do not sell waste-carrier dumps or Google Places payloads (ratings, reviews, phone, photos).
• We do not log raw officer API payloads on this marketing site (there is no customer login to the warehouse).

Sources

Company and director identity on the brief comes from Companies House. That office is a source, not an affiliation. Google listing checks, when they happen, are a capped drip; we store a yes/no listing flag for the product, not a Places dump.

Cookies

This brochure site does not use a cookie wall and does not set analytics cookies. Essential hosting and security headers from Cloudflare may apply at the network edge.

Retention

Waitlist mail is kept long enough to reply and to run a trial if we agree one, then deleted or reduced to invoice records we must keep. Weekly brief content follows the paid subscription.

Your rights and the ICO

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where the law gives you those rights. Write to [email protected]. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at https://ico.org.uk. DT5 Consulting Limited is the controller; we have not printed an ICO registration number on this page because this notice must not invent one.
